You can’t miss the bright orange Florès façade in the center of the cobblestone village square. By day, it feels like a European-style courtyard café, shifting into a relaxed wine bar and lunch spot in the afternoon, and then into a lively restaurant in the evening under soft, glowing lights.
The menu offers a mix of approachable dishes designed for sharing, with a wine list that pairs easily across the selection. It’s the kind of place where you can stop in for a quick bite or settle in for a longer meal.
Live music on most Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights adds to the atmosphere without overwhelming it. Set right in the heart of the village, Florès naturally becomes a meeting point for both visitors and locals.
During major events like Blues Fest and the North Sea Jazz Festival, the energy builds, and the space quickly becomes one of the central spots to gather, with Jocco and his team shaping it into one of the liveliest corners of the village.
