CALEO CRUDOS Y PARRILLA

A Culinary Dialogue between Fire, Sea & Season.

Caleo is The Village’s dinner-time anchor - a shared-dining restaurant built around the contrast of raw and fire. The kitchen works from a clear point of view: crudos come first - fresh, citrus-bright, precise. Then the wood-fired grill takes over - seafood, steak, charred vegetables - built to move across the table and be shared. The mushroom dish has a way of becoming a permanent order - especially with their sourdough bread. Start and finish with a signature craft cocktail.

Owners Khalid, Wesley, and Maxime also run Mosa/Caña, and the same level of thinking carries through here - serious food, good atmosphere, and a team that understands the rhythm of a full room. Manager Kristie runs the floor with calm precision, keeping reservations moving and tables well looked after. The wood stacked beside the open parrilla is part of the experience - locally sourced fruitwood that shapes the smoke and flavor in a way that’s easy to notice once it’s pointed out.

The main seating area is outdoors, set right in the center of The Village. Caleo draws Foodie Travelers who plan ahead, along with Curaçao residents who return often - reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends.
